Visual Vector Resolution in 2D : Rectangular Resolution

This is typically done by taking the dot product of the vector in question with a set of unit vectors that are perpendicular to each other. The resulting values can then be used to determine the magnitude and direction of the vector. Vector resolution is an important concept in many areas of physics, including mechanics, electromagnetism, and fluid dynamics.
